Join us in April for a special opportunity to dance and learn with nationally acclaimed instructor and performer Jose Serrano! He'll be joined by talented dancer and rising star instructor Yvonne Vazquez. His dynamic team (Evolucion Latina Dance Company) is frequently invited to latin dance congresses all over and we're super excited to bring their talent and expertise to Uphora!
April 20 - Latin Heat Social
The party doesn't stop! Join our Latin Social featuring bachata lesson with Jose & Yvonne, multiple regional performances and pro performance by Jose & Yvonne, and music by DJ Carlos Carmona.
April 27 - International Dance Day
We’re bringing you THE dance show of the season with our first annual International Dance Day Showcase. Join us for an epic evening of performances featuring dance styles and talent from around the World of Uphora.
May 10 - 2000's Dance Party
Join a stellar line up of Uphora dance fitness instructors (Zumba, Hip Hop, and Dance2Fit) for a hoppin' 2000s themed dance party! Dance to all your favorite throwback tracks from this iconic music era. With multiple Uphora instructors on deck, it's going to be a full house of sweaty fun! Come dressed in 2000s outfits and party like it's Y2K!
May 31 - AAPI Zumba Masterclass
Mark your calendars and come celebrate Asian History Month with us Zumba style! We're bringing THREE uber-talented Zumba Jammers (yes, they're PROs) and regional instructors to rock the stage with hot tracks and even hotter moves. See you there!
June 15 - Brothers Twinz Salsa Caleña
Join us for a fiery 2-Hour Salsa Caleña workshop with world-famous Brothers Twinz from Colombia! This dynamic duo is internationally known for their high energy, high precision latin dancing. They travel around the world to dance and perform. The Brothers Twinz have also built a massive online following and they're admired by fans across the globe. We're super excited to bring their talent and expertise to Asheville!

About US
We are a dance fitness studio located in Asheville, North Carolina that offers a variety of drop-in dance and group fitness classes taught by awesome instructors. Get a fun, sweaty workout while dancing your heart out to the latest beats.
Prices range between $12-15 for drop-in group fitness classes, but we also hold special events, private lessons, and pop-up workshops that are priced accordingly. There’s also the option to buy discounted class packages and even on-going memberships.
